Cemetery description

In the Brake Cemetery in Lemgo and right next to the chapel, there are 5 graves of people who lost their lives in World War II. Of these, 3 are the graves of Polish citizens - 2 men and 1 woman - all of whom were forced labourers deported to the Third Reich. The graves are marked by massive stone slabs with the victims’ names inscribed upon them.
